Background on Scott’s Experience: Scott has a knack for identifying and obtaining resources for projects, grants, and programs. In 2009, Scott designed and delivered a resource mobilization training with a fellow Peace Corps Volunteer. This training was provided to 30 PCVs serving in the Eastern Caribbean. Since that time, Scott has identified, written, and managed a number of grants with the goal of improving the lives of others. These grants and projects include work related to substance abuse prevention, community development, workforce development, HIV/AIDS prevention, and youth leadership.
